Commercial Service Technician Responsibilities: Respond to scheduled service, preventative maintenance, repairs, and installations of heating and cooling systems. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC equipment such as package units, commercial split systems, mini-splits, VRF/VRV, VAV, air cooled chillers. Repair, replace and maintain equipment components such as compressors, blower/fan motors, pumps, actuators, and expansive valves. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Refrigeration equipment such as walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers, ice machines, and low temp chill water systems. Repair, replace and or calibrate Basic controls. Requirements: 3-5 years of commercial HVAC experience 2-5 years of experience with tonnage systems, chillers, boilers, VFD, DX and Hydronics or ability to learn. CRM scheduling software use; preferred ServiceTitan EPA Universal Certification TDLR credential TWIC credential a plus but not required Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record Must be able to pass a background check.
