seeking a dedicated and passionate BCaBA to join our growing team.

learners. Position: BCaBA (Board Certified Assistant Behavior
Analyst) Location: Katy, Texas Employment Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

$4,000 Sign-On Bonus. Quarterly Performance Bonuses. Key Job
Functions & Responsibilities Conduct assessments under the
supervision of a BCBA, including preference assessments, skills
assessments, and behavior assessments. Develop treatment goals and
individualized ABA programs based on assessment results and
supervising BCBA direction. Provide ongoing supervision to
Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring program fidelity
and high-quality service delivery. Collect and analyze data to
monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed. Implement
behavior intervention plans (BIPs) with fidelity and train RBTs on
proper implementation. Participate in parent training sessions and
collaborate with families to support generalization of skills.
Maintain accurate and timely session notes, documentation, and
progress reports. Ensure compliance with BACB ethics code, HIPAA
guidelines, and organizational policies. Support transition
planning, scheduling, and team communication for assigned clients.
Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and professional
development activities. Communicate professionally and respectfully
with families, staff, and external partners. Position Expectations
Maintain active BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
Adhere to ethical guidelines and uphold the highest standard of
clinical integrity. Demonstrate strong communication skills and the
ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment. Be
punctual, reliable, and maintain a consistent schedule. Ensure all
services are delivered with compassion, professionalism, and
respect. Maintain confidentiality and ensure all protected
information is handled securely. Use clinical judgment when
reporting concerns or recommending program changes to the
supervising BCBA. Support Harmony ABA Centers mission of providing
quality, child-focused behavioral therapy. Qualifications Active
BCaBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification
Board (BACB). Bachelors degree or higher in ABA, psychology,
education, or related field required. Experience working with
individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
Strong organizational and data-collection skills. Ability to
supervise and train RBTs effectively. CPR certification required.
