and joining our team? About the Opportunity The primary function of
the Regional Account Manager is to drive funding volume growth
through effective management of our existing merchant partnerships.
In this role, you will oversee day-to-day interactions with
merchants, ensuring a consistent and exceptional service experience
while identifying opportunities to expand business at the store
level. You will be responsible for training merchants on product
offerings, addressing operational needs, and executing growth
strategies. As the main point of contact, you will build strong
relationships with merchant partners and collaborate with internal
teams to achieve account objectives and maximize funding volume. We
are hiring for one position and welcome candidates located in the
Midwest (Texas) or the West Coast (Phoenix/Las Vegas area). What
You’ll Do Field Visits & Relationship Building : Conduct regular
visits to merchant locations within your territory, building and
maintaining strong relationships by gaining firsthand insight into
their needs, challenges, and opportunities. Relationship Management
: Serve as the main point of contact for your assigned stores,
ensuring that every merchant receives top-tier service and support.
Issue Resolution : Proactively address and resolve operational
concerns raised by merchant partners, ensuring timely and effective
solutions. Performance Monitoring : Track and report key
performance indicators (KPIs) for each store. Provide regular
updates to both merchant partners and internal partners on metrics
and overall performance. Onboarding & Training : Lead the
onboarding process for new merchant partnerships in collaboration
with the NAM, ensuring merchants are equipped with the knowledge
and tools to succeed. Provide both group and one-on-one training on
products, services, and processes. Growth Identification : Identify
and communicate potential business growth opportunities at the
store level, sharing insights with both merchants and internal
teams. Territory Management : Partner with the National Account
Manager (NAM) to develop and execute a strategic territory plan
that aligns on key account needs—including marketing initiatives,
system integrations, risk management, and prioritized coverage of
high-potential, underperforming, and new stores. About You 3 years
proven experience in account management or a similar role Strong
communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze metrics
and drive actionable insights Problem-solving aptitude and ability
to resolve conflicts quickly Experience in a customer-facing role,
ideally in the retail or service sector Willingness to travel
regularly Valid Drivers' License is required NOTE: The full-time
annual year-one on-target compensation (base salary commission) for
this role is $120,000 - $150,000. The commission is uncapped. Why
