Job Description:
As a Territory Executive at Republic Services, Inc., you will be
at the forefront of our mission to enhance environmental
sustainability through sophisticated waste and recycling services.
You will lead sales initiatives across your assigned territory by
engaging new clients and maintaining excellent service delivery to
existing ones, ensuring our iconic blue trucks are a competitive
go-to solution. Your efforts will directly contribute to our goal
to foster a healthier environment through tactical waste disposal
and recycling offerings. Develop and execute strategic sales plans
to meet and exceed revenue goals within the assigned territory.
Identify potential client needs and opportunities to grow market
share. Provide client consultations to promote waste and recycling
services tailored to customer requirements. Maintain high retention
rates and enhance customer satisfaction through proactive
communication and quality service. Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to align services with customer needs,
ensuring compliance with environmental standards. Monitor market
trends and competitor strategies to adapt and innovate Republic
Services offers. Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports,
maintaining detailed records of sales activities. Strong
negotiation and sales skills Ability to manage and analyze customer
data Knowledge of environmental regulations and the recycling
industry Proficient in CRM software Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certifications in Sales Management,
CRM software proficiency, and Environmental Compliance are
preferred.
