Job Description:
Palisade Palms Condominiums is currently hiring for a Building
Services Engineer / Supervisor. This position will oversee all
aspects of building maintenance including housekeeping services.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in high rise
building maintenance. This position can be hourly or salary
depending on experience.
Principle Responsibilities & Position Purpose:
This position is responsible for the cleanliness and integrity of
the physical facilities including proper operation, maintenance,
life safety, fire prevention, mechanical plant, grounds, and
housekeeping services. Direct reports will include all Maintenance
and Housekeeping staff.
