POSITION IDENTIFICATION Title System Analyst Reports to Director of Information Systems Job Family IT Location Galveston JOB SUMMARY G&H is looking for Systems Analyst with ERP experience with Epicor, NetSuite, or Dynamics. The ideal candidate will have experience with SSRS reporting, BPM's, BAQ's. We are looking for a high energy individual to help us enhance, maintain, and troubleshoot Epicor ERP application, while learning new technology to be able to handle bigger tasks. KEY INTERACTIONS (INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL) Companywide staff and IT management, from time to time G&H's executive leadership, senior customer leadership, mariners, industry associations, and 3rd party support and consultants. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work between departments and with major stakeholders to develop technical solutions that will optimize business processes
• Work with technical team to integrate appropriate 3rd party applications & modules
• Conduct configuration & design of ERP system to better leverage the enterprise
• Advise and take ownership of Epicor processes
• Train end users and IT team to more effectively utilize Epicor ERP
• Leverage Epicor through implementation of appropriate customizations
• Create reports using SQL & Epicor tools & data extraction
• Act as a techno-functional resource & point of contact for company end users
• Work with major stakeholders to ensure technical solutions are successfully executed
• SQL Server Data Administration, Expansion, and Design EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • S. Computer Science, Information Technology preferred or related experience.
  • 3-5+ years of business process development
  • Experience in the maritime industry is a plus, but not necessary REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES The knowledge, skills, and abilities required for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
    • MS SQL Server & SSRS / Crystal Reports Knowledge of Epicor BAQ, BPM & SSRS Report Writing, required
    • Experience with .NET, VB.Net, & C# preferred but not required
    • Experience with either version 10.1.500 or higher
    • Must have good skills in SSRS & SSIS
    • Interpersonal and communication skills; self-awareness and ability to deal with others using courtesy, tact, and good judgment. Must be service-oriented.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters and areas of the organization.
    • Ability to understand and execute complex oral and written instructions.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal or no guidance.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
    • Possess a valid state driver's license for occasional travel requirements.
