Business Development Support Associate The Business Development
Support Associate will play a pivotal role in the proposals and
pursuits team and company’s growth via the creation of visually
compelling pitch material, RFP responses, presentation decks, and
other proposal collateral, with a core focus on Canva and other
presentation and design tools. Reporting to the Director of
Business Development Operations and Head of Sales Production, the
Business Development Support Associate will produce high-quality
proposals that are creative, dynamic, and illustrative. The
successful candidate will work collaboratively with other
departments of the organization, as well as supporting the Business
Development team across their region and nation on opportunities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Supports regional producers
and division leaders, as assigned • Supports senior members of the
global team on larger, complex RFP activities • Working on RFP and
proposal opportunities, ensuring company’s best practices and
branding are followed throughout • Reviewing proposal requirements
and develop work plan, timelines, and recommended action items •
Assist in identifying winning strategies and drafting creative
content that seek to differentiate what Asset Living has to offer •
Lead strategy meetings and draft review sessions with key
stakeholders • Drafting, editing, formatting, and producing RFP
response documents as appropriate to the opportunity, whilst also
drafting content from scratch • Work with company’s creative team
to create visual elements into tailored proposals • Supporting
business development team members in preparation for client
presentations • Helping ensure all proposal opportunities are
tracked with company’s CRM system • Maintain proposal content
within library management system • Maintain content in team’s RFP
playbook • Creating proposal-related reporting • Collaborate and
support Corporate Marketing efforts including but not limited to
regional advertising engagements, regional or division specific
industry events and conferences, and regional public relation
coordination as it relates to Business Development outreach.
Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing,
communications, or related fields • Proposals experience within a
professional services environment • Excellent analytical,
communication, and presentation skills • Experience in leading RFP
responses and driving successful business proposals This job
