SHIFTS: All guard positions are ON-CALL and full-timeLOCATION: Servicing the Galveston areaPOSITION OVERVIEW: Provides periodic post-check on guarded site. Observe and report activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. Administer periodic tours to check for irregularities. Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises.BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:-NON Commission Security Guard License-Valid TWIC Card-Valid Driver's License -Must be at least 18 years of age.-Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.-Authorized to work in the United States.-Clean and Professional Appearance.-Must have active phone-Must have reliable transportation-On-call for additional hours to handle call offs, vacations, etc.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:- Full vision-Walking up stairways-Walking of distance-Standing for periods of time-Sitting for periods of time-Lifting, pushing and pulling 25+ lbs.
