This position directly effects Sales through consistent and timely coordination of events and group visitations. Tracks assigned events, ticket orders and fulfillment. Initiates and processes material orders. Ensures all are processed are completed efficiently and in a professional manner. Ensures successful client/guest service to support Sales team goals.

• Works directly with sales channel segment as assigned by Director. Including but not limited to: Corporate Events, Corporate Ticketing, Special Markets, Youth, or Tourism. Assists Sales team and Director with client customer service including FAMS, collateral support, client inquiries, trade show coordination and assists in Sales/Marketing staff travel needs when requested.
• Event Coordination planning and oversight for all Group Events in communication with Sales Director and Sales Team.
• Handles routine correspondence/mail, telephone coverage, area memos, qualify incoming calls, training as needed, maintain office equipment.
• Coordinates the development, production and distribution of ticket orders and promotional/collateral materials within approved guidelines to support sales programs. Submit requisitions, proof, follow-up, pick up finished materials.  Manages and organizes physical inventory of marketing materials.
• Creates weekly and monthly sales reports, competitor analyses, and ad hoc reports as requested by Sales Director.
• Liaison with Food & Beverage, Park Operations, Admissions, and Guest Services teams as needed for client/guest ease of entry to park as related to assigned sales channel.
• Provides back-up support to other Sales Managers and Sales team as needed.

Education: (Equivalent work experience may be substituted for some of the above education.)

• Required:   High School diploma / vocational or technical school degree
• Preferred:  Bachelor's degree
• • Field of study: Marketing/Sales or Restaurant and Hospitality

License, Certification, or Other: Indicate any special licenses or certification requirements.

Work Experience:  Indicate the total work-related experience required.  0-2 years

• Additional Requirements: Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, excellent written and verbal skills. Customer Service and direct engagement. High degree of coordination multi-tasking and organizing varied elements within a fast-paced environment. Ability to workdays, weekends, and holiday periods and sometimes third shift to meet business needs.

Preferred Requirements:

• Preferred Knowledge of CRM, Ticketing Systems, exposure to Event Planning, high level of initiative, sound judgment, and a commitment to work with people from all backgrounds and cultures required.
