Job Skills / Requirements

Position Summary:

The Housekeeping Supervisor works with the Operation Manager, leads, and employees to plan, organize, and support the overall operations of the Housekeeping department to ensure a clean, safe working environment in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Hospital standards.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently or in small groups with minimal assistance or supervision
• Willing to follow established safety procedures
• Attention to detail and passion for quality workmanship
• Willingness to provide exceptional customer service to clients
• Punctual and dependable attendance and willing to work extra hours as needed
• Ability to understand and follow directions from supervision
  
  Lifting requirements: Medium
  
  Lifting of 50 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects Wayne up to 25 pounds
  
  Schedule:
  
  Days and shifts will be discussed during the interview. Must be flexible.
  
  Pay rate: starting at $14 an hour
  
  Must have experience.
