The candidate will participate in the migration of over 10,000
phones from an NEC phone system to an Avaya Aura platform or Skype
for Business Platform. The qualified candidate will have good
communication skills, be detail oriented and organized. The
candidate must be able to type and understand how to utilize
Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel.
GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform basic phone discovery and document data.
Participate in the NEC to Avaya migration.
Participate in the NEC to Skype for Business migration.
Assist in customer training related to the features of Avaya
phones as required.
Assist in customer training related to Skype for Business
endpoint and soft client.
Defines and updates departmental telecommunications
Perform basic data entry tasks into an online billing
Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office with an emphasis on

objects (up to 30 lbs. weight; up to 4 ft. height).
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required to work nights and weekends when requested.
This person should be familiar with the following technologies
Basic telephony knowledge and terms
Microsoft Windows and general PC operations
6 months experience general data entry
Avaya, NEC, and Skype for Business communication platforms
Works well in a team-oriented environment but able to work
independently as needed
Highly organized with an emphasis on detail
Telecom knowledge is a plus
Must be able to show great customer service
