Job Description:
Clean Harbors in Sweeny is currently seeking a qualified CDL
EO/Driver II who is responsible for operating and driving trucks
and equipment for the transportation and disposal of hazardous and
non-hazardous waste materials. This role is pivotal in supporting
our mission to create a safer and cleaner environment. The driver
will ensure compliance with all regulations and safety protocols
while collaborating with a team dedicated to excellence in
environmental management. Operate heavy-duty trucks and equipment
in compliance with Company and government regulations. Load,
secure, and unload hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials at
designated facilities. Ensure accurate documentation of manifests
and work orders. Conduct routine vehicle maintenance and
inspection. Respond swiftly and efficiently to emergency situations
when on route. Maintain cleanliness and functionality of equipment.
Proficient in the operation of heavy-duty trucks. Strong
understanding of DOT regulations and safety standards. Ability to
manage and execute route plans. Skilled in emergency response
procedures. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
with Hazardous Materials and Tanker endorsements.
