Job Description:

Hogan1 seeks a disciplined and reliable CDL A Truck Driver to join our team, dedicated to maintaining safety, efficiency, and the highest quality of service. As an integral component of our logistics framework, you'll play a crucial role in managing the transportation of goods across various regions, ensuring punctual and safe delivery in alignment with our commitment to driving client satisfaction and operational excellence. Operate a tractor-trailer combination or a truck in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. Conduct inspections of vehicle before and after trips, as well as record any discrepancies and report them to the maintenance department. Follow route planning and time schedules to maximize efficiency and reduce costs. Load and unload cargo, ensuring that all goods are secured properly in accordance with safety requirements. Maintain communication with dispatch and logistics management to report any delays, emergencies, or other irregularities. Adhere to company policies and procedures related to safety and compliance. Maintain a clean and safe vehicle at all times. In-depth knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards. Proficient in operating GPS and other navigation systems. Strong time management and customer service skills. Ability to maintain composure under pressure and make decisions in real-time. Physical fitness to handle the demands of cargo loading and unloading. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL A). A clean driving record. Any additional certifications related to transportation and safety are beneficial.
