If you like things organized, dont miss details, and can juggle calls, quotes, and orders this could be a great fit. What Youll Do Taking inbound calls, emails, and online requests for parts and supplies Identifying the right hoses, fittings, and components for each customers need Entering orders accurately and following up on quotes and shipments Assisting walk-in customers (at certain locations) with professionalism and a smile Coordinating with the warehouse to ensure timely deliveries and back-order updates Supporting sales and service teams with product availability and pricing What Were Looking For Are highly detail-oriented and catch mistakes before they happen Have experience with parts, hoses, equipment, or mechanical systems (preferred but not required) Communicate clearly and follow through on every order Are comfortable learning systems like Acumatica or HubSpot (well train you!) Enjoy helping people and solving small daily challenges Were a small, growing company where everyone counts.
