In this role, you will support both internal staff and field service technicians by managing parts and equipment logistics. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a knack for multitasking, and experience in parts departments or administrative roles. Key Responsibilities: Handle shipping, receiving, and inventory control tasks efficiently. Accurately pick and pack parts for delivery to customers and technicians. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Provide timely support to internal teams and field technicians regarding parts needs. Utilize inventory management systems to track parts availability. Qualifications: Reliable transportation and punctuality (Monday through Friday, in-office). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Prior experience in parts departments or office administration is a plus. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Preferred Experience: Inventory control and data entry (1 year). Parts department operations (1 year). Knowledge of foodservice equipment or related industries is preferred.
