Job Description Job Description Main functions:Warehouse Administrator is responsible for managing and coordinating the administrative tasks within a warehouse environment. He/She ensures accurate inventory records, process shipments, handle documentation, and support the overall efficiency of warehouse operations.Duties and responsibilities: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records through regular stock checks and updates in the inventory management system. Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company protocols. Support the team in tracking product movement within the warehouse and ensuring optimal storage practices. Help coordinate with vendors and logistics partners to facilitate timely deliveries. Participate in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Requirements: 1 years of experience in warehouse operations or related fields. Basic understanding of inventory management principles and practices. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
