litigation firm that is seeking an outstanding Litigation Associate
to join their rapidly expanding and dynamic Houston office . This
group represents major automakers from inception through trial in
catastrophic injury cases, class actions, complex business
litigation, product liability matters, and appeals. Join an
inclusive team that takes their work seriously, not themselves.
Work from home flexibility. Candidates should have 2-5 years of
substantive litigation experience. Experience taking and defending
depositions, arguing motions, and trial preparation. Associates
will be responsible for managing and coordinating activities
related to the defense of product liability matters, including
personal injury and property damage.
