TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE ROLE. About the role We are seeking a ERM
Business Data Analyst to transform the way we deploy, configure,
and leverage these platforms to maintain data accuracy to improve
reporting and analytics. The role supports the company’s Enterprise
Governance, Risk, and Compliance (eGRC) platform by ensuring the
integrity and accuracy of data across systems. You will collaborate
with cross-functional teams to drive data lineage, maintain data
quality, support system updates, and enable reporting and analytics
that support risk and compliance operations. Responsibilities
Validate data lineage related to design, implementation and
maintenance changes in the Archer eGRC Platform. Ensure data
accuracy, consistency, and reliability across data sources,
databases, and pipelines. Execute data transformation, validation
and loading in response to system updates, data requests and Change
Control Board modifications. Develop and maintain test cases,
scripts, and automated testing frameworks to assess data quality
and functionality. Monitor data quality metrics, identifying
anomalies, and reporting issues. Investigate and resolve
data-related issues, working with development teams. Evaluate
business requirements and maintain data lineage and linkages within
the existing framework. Design, develop, and maintain Archer
Platform data schematics. Maintain reporting databases and develop
PowerBI dashboards and reports. Document data processes, standards,
and workflows to support knowledge transfer and compliance audits.
Skills and Qualifications Must be living and be able to work hybrid
in our Jersey City, NJ office or Houston, TX. office. 1 years of
experience in the insurance or financial industry preferred
Bachelor’s degree in business or management information systems
preferred or equivalent work experience required. Strong
understanding of data lineage, data management, and data governance
principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) and
advanced skillset with Excel. Experience with PowerBI for reporting
and dashboard development. Archer eGRC platform experience a strong
plus. Analytical mindset with ability to support problem-solving
and process improvements. Excellent communication (written and
verbal) and collaboration skills; comfortable working across
business and technology. Strong organizational and project
management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Compensation The anticipated salary range for this position is
$69,000 - $110,000 at the commencement of employment. Not all
candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range.
The actual compensation offered will ultimately be dependent on
multiple factors, which may include the candidate’s geographic
location, skills, experience and other qualifications. In addition,
the position is eligible for a discretionary bonus in accordance
with the terms of the applicable incentive plan. Work Location This
position is based in Corebridge Financial’s Houston, Texas office
or Jersey city, NJ office and is subject to our hybrid working
