Job Description Job Description About the Role We are hiring experienced Sprinkler Project Managers to support expansion across Dallas and Houston. This position suits professionals who prefer hands-on field involvement, direct client interaction, and full ownership of project delivery from kickoff to closeout. What the Role Looks Like Field-oriented position (approximately 60% field / 40% office) Initial 6 weeks primarily based in the office for onboarding and coordination Typical schedule: 6:30/7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, with occasional after-hours coordination calls No travel outside the city required Key Responsibilities Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource planning Coordinate materials, subcontractors, and on-site activities Maintain consistent communication with customers and internal teams Ensure projects meet safety standards, timelines, and budget expectations Lead and supervise field personnel throughout the project lifecycle Required Experience Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in fire sprinkler construction Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills Why Join Opportunity to work on diverse, high-impact projects High field engagement with meaningful project ownership Collaborative, growth-focused environment in major Texas markets
