Job Description Job Description We are looking for an experienced Lead Installer of Commercial Signage to join our team at Innovative Environments. This employee is responsible for supervising the installation crew on-site to ensure the crew's safety, quality of the installation, and effective communication to all parties. This position will also physically install ADA signage. To learn more, visit the website: https://innovenv.com/ Position Description: The Lead Installer is responsible for supervising the installation crew on-site to ensure the safety of the crew, quality of the installation, while providing world class service and effective communication to all parties. This position will also physically install ADA signage. Candidate must be able to travel out of state. Administrative Enter data into the End of Install Report (daily, at completion of installation) Keeping PM’s and Clients up to date in real time of any installation issues Input updates and information into Fieldwire (daily) Accurately log time into company software (daily) Competencies Strong Organizational Skills Timely – prompt with attendance and meeting deadlines Administrative Skills Strong Communication Skills Tech Savvy Ability to Work Under Pressure Detail Oriented Proficient in using Power and Hand Tools (drills, saws, angle grinders) Candidate Should Possess: Sign Installation and/or Fabrication Experience Highschool Diploma What We Offer: We understand that our people are the most important factor to our success.
