Overview: As an HR Assistant, you will help us build, support, and celebrate a workforce of thousands. You'll also Support recruiting and training operations across multiple locations, assisting with scheduling, coordination, and communication. Assist in the full-cycle hiring process for seasonal associates, including job postings, application reviews, interview coordination, and onboarding paperwork. Help onboard and support 3,000 seasonal associates annually by preparing materials, facilitating orientations, and ensuring smooth transitions. Provide administrative support for HR functions, including maintaining employee records, updating databases, and preparing reports. Assist with employee engagement initiatives, retention programs, and associate events. Support compliance efforts by helping track training completion, certifications, and HR documentation. Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, procedures, and benefits. Partner with managers and HR leadership to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
