Team Members are responsible for preparing and serving up our delicious, all-natural, energizing smoothies as well as consulting and assisting customers in choosing the right smoothie for their purpose to help them reach their health and fitness goals. Responsibilities: · Making custom-blended smoothies the “Smoothie King Way” · “FRIENDLY UPSELLING” of our extras and enhancers · Providing guests with information regarding our smoothies · Providing the best TOTAL experience in the business WE ARE LOOKING FOR APPLICANTS THAT WANT TO GROW WITH US (MANAGEMENT OPPORTUNITIES) Requirements · Energetic and dynamic individuals who are excited about health and fitness · Strong interpersonal and customer service skills · Food Service experience preferred but not required · Ability to think outside the box to satisfy our guests · Genuine care and understanding for people's needs · Prior retail sales experience is a PLUS!
