with PCU experience is needed for a contract assignment in Liberty,
Missouri. This opportunity focuses on stepdown nursing care in a
progressive care unit, supporting patients requiring a higher level
of monitoring and skilled interventions. Location:Liberty is a

activities. Position Details: Assignment Type: Contract Start
Dates: March 30 or April 13 Schedule: 12-hour night shifts
(18450715) Weekend Commitment: Every other weekend Holiday Work:
Required on major holidays; scheduling coordinated with management
Orientation: Five-day comprehensive orientation (including
facility-specific and clinical training) Pay Structure: Bi-weekly
pay with an $88.50 hourly bill rate prior to administrative fees
Qualifications and Experience: Current RN license with active BLS,
ACLS, and NIHSS certifications Minimum 1 year of PCU or stepdown
nursing experience Preferred experience with high-acuity patients,
infusion drips, arterial lines, and bipap-airvo devices
Nicotine-free facility compliance required No new graduates
considered Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive nursing care to
stepdown patients, including continuous assessment and timely
interventions Administer medications, manage complex drips, and
monitor advanced equipment with precision Collaborate within an
interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes Adhere to
facility policies and safety standards while maintaining
documentation accuracy Additional Information: No on-call
obligations Occasionally floated to lower acuity units, with first
priority for float assignments Facility may cancel one shift per
pay period with minimum two hours notice and without penalty
