Review and execute physician’s prescriptions checking their appropriateness and legality Organize the pharmacy in an efficient manner to make the identification of products easier and faster Maintain full control over delivering, stocking and labeling medicine and other products Monitor patients’ drug therapies, advise interventions, and inform patients of any potential side effects Instruct patients on how and when to take prescribed medications Conduct health and wellness screenings Provide immunizations, and other medical services, such as taking blood pressure, temperature measurements, and checking blood sugar levels Keep accurate customer records, and ensure patient privacy and confidentiality Manage a secure and well-organized medication inventory system Strong knowledge of dosage administration and measurement, chemical compounds, and medical brands Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care Proficient in managing health records and statistics Meticulous organizational skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current and valid state-specific Pharmacist license Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferably
