(OTA) degree, active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
(COTA) license, and 1 years Certified Occupational Therapy
Assistant experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A part-time Certified
Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) opportunity is available at
an elementary school in Tomball, TX. This contract position spans
the 2023-2026 school years, with a start date as soon as possible
and an end date of May 22, 2026. The role requires onsite presence
and involves working approximately 8-16 hours per week, primarily
servicing an elementary caseload. Key Responsibilities: Provide
occupational therapy support to elementary-aged students under the
supervision of a licensed occupational therapist Implement
individualized treatment plans to enhance students functional
abilities and school participation Collaborate with teachers,
parents, and other school staff to promote student success Document
therapy sessions and progress in accordance with school and
regulatory policies Participate in team meetings and assist with
assessments as needed Desired Qualifications and Experience:
Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
(COTA) Experience working in a school setting, preferably with
elementary students Knowledge of pediatric occupational therapy
interventions and education regulations Strong communication and
teamwork skills Ability to commit to onsite work for the duration
of the contract Location:This position is located onsite in an
