Job Description Job Description Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) degree, active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license, and 1 years Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A part-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) position is available in an elementary school setting in Tomball, TX. This contract role is scheduled to begin as soon as possible and will continue through May 22, 2026. The position requires working onsite with a focus on serving an elementary school caseload. Key Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy support and interventions to elementary school students Collaborate with educators and therapists to implement individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions Participate in team meetings and student assessments as needed Qualifications: Certification as a Licensed or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Experience working with elementary-aged children in a school environment preferred Knowledge of school-based therapy practices and special education services Ability to work onsite and commit to part-time hours (8-16 hours per week) Strong communication and teamwork skills Location: Tomball, TX (onsite required) Benefits: Opportunity to impact student development in a school setting Flexible part-time hours fitting within a school calendar This contract position offers a rewarding way to apply occupational therapy skills in an educational environment.
