Job Description Job Summary and Responsibilities Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Hematologist/Oncologist to join our practice in Lake Jackson, TX. Position highlights: - Established practice with a loyal patient base and collaborative, supportive clinical team. - Infusion center and clinic are fully integrated within the practice, giving physicians control over scheduling, workflow and patient experience - Balanced patient volume with a mix of infusion and outpatient care - Minimal hospital responsibilities; call is remote and shared between providers, with no weekend travel required - Flexible scheduling option: alternating 4-day workweek with administrative time on Fridays - Epic EMR Salary and Benefits: - Competitive compensation package that includes sign-on bonus and relocation - Excellent benefits package - CME reimbursement for continuing education, licensure and certification. Job Requirements - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology. - Active and unrestricted TX license or ability to obtain prior to employment - Comfortable working a community hospital setting - Strong commitment to patient care and satisfaction. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Pay Range $416,994 - $530,576 /year
