As a New Grad RN, you will play a crucial role in enhancing patient outcomes and improving the quality of life for those in the communities we serve. Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. Perform comprehensive patient assessments to establish appropriate nursing care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by health care providers. Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as appropriate. Support patient safety initiatives by adhering to infection control protocols. Participate in departmental and hospital training programs to continuously update skills. Collaborate with healthcare team members to facilitate positive patient care outcomes. Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle stress and make decisions under pressure Empathy and a patient-centric approach to care Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
