Why You’ll Love This Role Privately owned hospital operating for 10 years Two experienced, supportive DVMs Open to all experience levels , including 2026 grads Strong mentorship from a highly regarded owner-DVM Realistic earning potential of $180,000 via 20% ProSal ( no clawback ) 2.5:1 technician-to-doctor ratio 40-minute appointments to support quality care Protected 1-hour lunch every day ?
