Range : $400,000-$500,000 Partnership & Shareholder Track – Grow

package for this position includes a guaranteed first-year base
salary or Personal Net Collections, whichever is greater. This

influencing net collections. This offer is subject to the terms and
conditions outlined in the final employment agreement.
