Registered Nurse (RN) | Telemetry Location: Houston, TX Agency: Mindlance Health Pay: $1,520 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position ID: 75172648 Shift: 19:00-07:00 Description: : HCA Houston Medical Center Location: Hermann Dr Unit: 6 South Building: South Tower General Information Unit Specifics: Number of Beds : 32 Patient Ratios : 1:5 and 1:6 Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Nurse techs and unit secretary Type of equipment : bedside telemetry Documentation Scheduling requirements: modified self-scheduling, every other weekend Floating policy: will be required to float to another MS unit and ED holds if needed Patient Experience requirements: be familiar with AIDET and hourly rounding, white boards Hospital Specifics- Certifications: BLS, ACLS preferred Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Must have: Med surg experience and excellent customer service skills Advanced skills needed: ACLS and telemetry experience Procedures performed on unit: Certifications Required: BLS Dress Code: (Required uniform) Royal blue scrubs Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines.
