Active RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: - Experience
in Ortho, General, GYN specialties Description: Data Collection:
Unit Information: Number of Beds: 10 ORs. Number of Staff: 75. Type
of Staff: Day Shift includes 1 CNC, 7-9 RNs, 7-9 CSTs, 4-5 FAs, 3-4
OR Aides, and 2 Anesthesia Techs. Night Shift call teams are
available. Patient Ratios: 1:1. Type of Equipment: Surgery-Stryker
towers, Robotic towers, Neptune suctioning, etc. EMR: Meditech.
Typical Hiring Profile: Skill Set Most Recruited for: Candidates
must have experience in Ortho, General, and GYN. Preferred Skills:
Candidates with Urology/cysto experience will be prioritized.
Typical Procedures Performed: Procedures include CV, ortho,
general, gynecology, podiatry, ENT, bariatric, robotic, and
cystoscopy. Best Personality Fit: A hard worker who is flexible and
professional. Floating Area(s): Not applicable. Dress Code: Scrub
color: Royal Blue. Unit Guidelines/Policies: Daily huddle at 06:45.
Weekend and On-call Requirements: If CV call is involved, it may
rotate weekly every two to three weeks, depending on staffing. If
general, expect 6 calls over 4 weeks, depending on staffing levels.
At least 2 weekend shifts required, with majority being weeknight
