Out-Patient Only (M-F / no call) Internal Medicine - Clinical Faculty South of Houston, Texas University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) - South Houston/Galveston, Texas UTMB was established in 1891 as the first academic health center in Texas and is a component of the University of Texas System. Today UTMB includes four schools (medicine, nursing, health professions and graduate biomedical sciences), a network of hospitals and clinics that provide a full range of primary and specialized medical care, and numerous research facilities. The Medical School enrolls 230 students per class and 1 in 6 Texas physicians have trained at UTMB. UTMB provides medical services through our Community Based Clinics (CBC's) which are located along the I-45 corridor in the cities of: Clear Lake, Friendswood, League City, Webster, Texas City, Lake Jackson, Angleton, and Galveston, Texas. UTMB Health Community Based Clinics (CBC's) are seeking Internal Medicine physicians interested in a robust Out-Patient only practice. The UTMB CBC's offer Clinical Faculty opportunities in an Out-Patient only setting and we are actively recruiting qualified Family Medicine Physician and/or Internal Medicine Physicians interested in working at one of our Community Based Clinics, located along the I-45 corridor, just south of downtown Houston. These clinical opportunities offer a unique practice experience with exceptional patient care and support. This is a Monday through Friday opportunity with no call or weekend duties. All residents and in-practice physicians are encouraged to apply! Unfortunately, these positions do not qualify for Visa support. Candidate Requirements:

• M.D. or D.O. degree
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility
• Current, unrestricted Texas State Medical License. Income Package: Potential income in excess of $250,000 with a guaranteed salary for the first two years. Salary will be extremely competitive and includes an obtainable RVU bonus package with incentives exceeding an additional $25,000.00 on average.
