Associates Degree or equivalent, two (2) years of supervisory

Specific Job Related Duties
--- Accomplishes department human resource objectives by
recruiting, interviewing, selecting, orienting, training,
assigning, scheduling, discipline of employees and enforcing
policies and procedures.
--- Manages daily operations and activities of assigned area.
--- Manages personnel in the performance of their daily job
--- Recommends promotions, merit increases, and disciplinary
--- Performs employee evaluations for all direct reports.
--- Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by
establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures;
complying with the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare
Organizations (JCAHO) requirements.
--- Provides training to new employees on patient tracking system,
JACHO requirements, and customer service.
--- Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing
data and trend
--- Responsible for training new employees in patient and item
--- Provides bi-weekly reports to Manager, Transportation
pertaining to employee unscheduled leaves, time punctuality,
performance statistics, and disciplinary matters.
--- Assists Manager, Transportation in establishing and attaining
goals and objectives.
