Summary

Assist in keeping projects moving as Gainwell helps clients deliver better health and human services outcomes through technology and innovation.

Your role in our mission

  • Ensure that development teams follow scrum framework values and agile practices, mentoring and motivating the teams to improve processes, facilitating meetings and decision-making processes, and eliminating team impediments.
  • Have a firm grasp of agile practices and the ability to effectively manage and mentor development teams.
  • Use agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
  • Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
  • Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.
  • Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.
  • Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing.
  • Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team.
  • Tracking project processes, deliverables, and financials.
  • Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders. What we're looking for
    • 5+ years of relevant Information Technology experience serving in a Project Manager, Scrum Master or other relevant roles
    • SSM, SAFe Scrum Master, certification is required
    • Strong knowledge in project management methodology such as Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
    • Extensive experience with Agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions
    • Experience working in Software Development environments managing complex projects, programs, or initiatives through a full project management life cycle
    • Modern understanding of budget development, control and assurance methods, and project management software
    • Ability to translate broader program objectives of a program into clear and achievable project milestones
    • Strong executive presenter who communicates ideas clearly
    • Creative problem-solver who thrives on defining structure from ambiguity What you should expect in this role

        The pay range for this position is $69,400.00 - $99,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
