We are looking for a creative and motivated digital marketer to join the Digital Turbine team, based in the US, reporting to the PR & Communications Lead. This person will manage the day to day execution of digital marketing efforts at Digital Turbine - helping plan the company s digital marketing activities and deliver across channels to support global business objectives.
The Digital Marketing Manager will manage Digital Turbine s multi-channel digital marketing programs, and initiatives developed to help drive awareness and growth for Digital Turbine. This position will have a strong focus on social media marketing efforts, as well as supporting the management and operation of email marketing.
About the Role:

  • Closely collaborate with internal marketing stakeholders including content, product marketing, field marketing and design, as well as relevant global HR and business stakeholders.
  • Manage and balance the cadence and frequency in which Digital Turbine engages with customers, prospects and followers through digital channels.
  • Write creative and impactful outbound communications addressing various audiences to address the business needs of multiple internal stakeholders.
  • Design and execute data-driven, integrated social media campaigns (paid/organic) to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Manage email automation to support campaigns and client communications efforts. Set up, test, and send emails in cooperation with relevant teams.
  • Monitor and maintain SEO/SEM performance to measure, in partnership with external SEO/SEM service providers. Provide clear, consistent, and frequent communication to outline status and performance of campaigns.
  • Own social and email marketing calendars to facilitate coordination and planning across the global marketing team.
    About You:
    • Recent, relevant experience in a digital marketing role at an international B2B company / agency
    • Proven experience in marketing automation tools (Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo)
    • Hands-on experience using Salesforce to build campaigns and reports
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders simultaneously
    • Creative and versatile writer with experience synthesizing complex messages into impactful messaging delivered on multiple channels
    • Self-driven and independent go-getter who seeks to take ownership over projects, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
    • Experience with social media automation platforms (Sprout Social, Bambu) is an advantage
    • Knowledge in SEO / SEM management is a plus
    • Experience in the Ad Tech industry (especially Mobile Ad Tech) is a major advantage
      • Annual Base Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000
      • Annual Bonus Target: 10% of base salary
