What You Will Be Doing
--Project scope of work will include: fiber optics, CCTV cameras, lighting systems, etc. - Acting as Senior PM on a three phase medium voltage construction project - Working directly with Architects, Engineers and Municipalities to ensure plans are designed per owner specs- Assisting with the development of RFP packages - Handling RFI's, Change Orders and Submittals- Building relationships with key vendors (subcontractors, suppliers, engineers etc.)
What You Need for this Position
10+ years of relevant electrical systems project management experience and: - Bachelors Degree, Electrical Engineering- PE License Preferred (Any State)- Medium voltage design and construction experience - RFI and change order experience- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Effective deadline management skills- Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, and Primavera- Prior experience representing the GC- Willingness to travel domestically for work as needed - Experience with Accubid is a PLUS- Prior experience with USACE projects is a PLUS
