locations throughout the U.S. Job Description We are looking for an
EPC Site Specialist to join our Rexel team in Pasadena, TX!
Summary: The Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Site
Specialist is responsible for setting up and managing a
construction site-based inventory distribution program to support
large project construction material demands. Manage all aspects of
material logistics and will coordinate with EPC support staff and
the client to ensure timely material support based on the project
construction schedule. What You'll Do: Manage daily customer
interface to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) are being
met Receive material daily and input into Eclipse Pull and issue
customer issued material requisitions Notify sourcing of low
stock/stock outs Expedite Open Purchase order report Perform daily
cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy Ensure that all project
site safety requirements and protocols are established and met
Provide project field communications to project team as needed

You'll Need 2 years of inventory, logistics, electrical
construction experience Electrical product knowledge, material
management and logistic experience High School or GED - Required
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Desire to learn and become an expert
in the field Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to
interact effectively with other employees, customers, and vendors
Must be able to be successful and productive in a fast-paced
environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient computer skills with demonstrated experience with
computer entry into ERP Highly organized with ability to prioritize
and manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines Demonstrate high
energy and passion for exceeding customer expectations; strong
desire to go above and beyond Proven problem solver with strong
