This role involves troubleshooting equipment, performing routine calibrations, and assisting engineers with process improvements. The technician ensures production stability, safety compliance, and accurate performance documentation. Responsibilities • Operate, monitor, and calibrate production equipment to maintain stable operations • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues on machinery • Assist engineers with root cause analysis, failure documentation, and process improvements • Maintain logs of machine performance, failures, and maintenance actions • Follow safety procedures, work instructions, and cleanroom standards Qualifications and Requirements • Vocational Certificate or Associate Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field • Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience in equipment operation or troubleshooting • Experience with automated machinery, sensors, pneumatics, or robotic systems preferred • Familiarity with microscopes, soldering, hand tools, and measurement instruments • Basic computer skills (Excel, data entry); PLC, programming, or CAD experience a plus Benefits and Perks • Pay rate of $18.00–$24.66 per hour • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • Paid holidays • Training, mentorship, and long-term career development opportunities Your New Organization Join a technology-driven manufacturing company focused on quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
