ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology
Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1 years speech-language
pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. This position is a contract
opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
working within an elementary school setting. The role is based in
Tomball, TX, and will provide support for students' communication
development from now through the end of the current school year,
with the possibility of contract renewal. Responsibilities: Assist
certified speech-language pathologists in providing therapy
services to elementary school students. Support students with
speech and language delays or disorders through individualized
intervention. Document student progress and maintain accurate
records. Participate in team meetings and collaborate with
educators and support staff. Follow established therapy plans and
protocols to promote effective communication skills.
Qualifications: Valid certification or licensure as a
Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA). Experience working with
children in a school or clinical environment, preferably at the
elementary level. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow treatment plans and work collaboratively with a
multidisciplinary team. Commitment to supporting student success in
a school setting. Location: Tomball, TX This contract position
offers a valuable opportunity to support student growth in a
structured school environment. The initial engagement runs through
the end of the school year, with the option to extend based on
