Job Description Job Description Monarch Landscape Management is seeking a dependable and experienced Crew Leader to join our growing team in Houston, TX . As a Crew Leader, you’ll be responsible for leading a landscape maintenance crew, ensuring high-quality service, safety, and efficiency on every job site. This is a hands-on role that combines field work with leadership responsibilities. Compensation: $23 - $27 hourly Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a crew of 2–5 team members on daily maintenance and landscape enhancement projects Ensure jobs are completed on time, to Monarch’s standards, and with high client satisfaction Maintain a safe work environment and enforce company safety procedures Operate and train others on landscape equipment, including mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers Communicate clearly with Production Managers and Account Managers regarding job progress, delays, or issues Perform quality checks on work performed and provide feedback to the crew Track materials and time spent on each job using mobile software (training provided) Represent Monarch professionally at all times when interacting with clients or the public Qualifications: Minimum of 1–2 years of landscape experience; leadership experience preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Valid Texas Driver’s License with clean driving record (required for driving company vehicle - 23 years or older) Strong communication and team leadership skills Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical labor Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented About Company Are you looking for a landscaping career in Houston where you feel satisfied and appreciated?
